Shipping and Handling
* We ship all item using Royal mail and all items are tracked
* Fairings Direct will post to Great Britain and Ireland only. Currently, we cannot post to addresses outside of the
Great Britain and Ireland.
* No pickups are permitted.
* Fairings Direct will only ship to the address given to our payment processor.
* Please allow 7 business days
* Postage insurance is not included, but can be taken at an extra fee

Returns
* You have 7 days from date of receipt of the product if you wish to return the product for any reason.
* After you email us one of our customer services team will contact you to authorize return, and allocate an RMA number.
* Any unauthorized items returned to us will be rejected.
* All items must be sent via a recorded shipping method and insured up to the value of purchase. All return cost must
be prepaid by you.
* We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% restocking fee (minimum £15) for incorrectly purchased items.
* Items MUST be returned in suitable secure packaging and received in as new condition and sealed in original packaging.
Any Item not received as new and in original packaging will be rejected.
* All faulty items will be replaced for the exact product, if the same product is not available an alternative will
be offered or a full refund
